Pampering Myself Without Using Food

Here is my ongoing list of ways I can pamper myself without resorting to overeating:

  1. Have a nice cup of herbal tea.
  2. Take a walk.
  3. Call a friend.
  4. Work on a craft project.
  5. Take a nap.
  6. Brush the dog.
  7. Meditate.
  8. Go for a swim at the Y.
  9. Buy myself flowers.
