Lessons Learned

Lessons I have learned about weight loss (or am in the process of learning anyway):

  1. Face the facts. Admit that you need to change.
  2. Diets don’t work.
  3. Get enough sleep.
  4. Exercise feels good.
  5. Get support from friends. A friend can help you exercise and keep on track.
  6. Sugar is addictive - like a drug.
  7. If you can’t do something big, do something small.
