Lessons Learned
Lessons I have learned about weight loss (or am in the process of learning anyway):
- Face the facts. Admit that you need to change.
- Diets don’t work.
- Get enough sleep.
- Exercise feels good.
- Get support from friends. A friend can help you exercise and keep on track.
- Sugar is addictive - like a drug.
- If you can’t do something big, do something small.
